Privacy notice
This notice explains how Just Fire Doors SW uses the personal information you give us through this website, and your rights over it.
Who we are
Just Fire Doors SW is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
You can contact us about privacy through our contact page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a quote, we collect what you choose to give us:
- your name, organisation, email address and telephone number
- details about the site, the work and any deadlines
- documents and photos you upload, such as fire door surveys, inspection reports, job sheets and remedial schedules
Uploaded documents can contain information about buildings and, occasionally, about people. Please only send what we need to understand the work.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, review the work, prepare a quotation and, if you instruct us, plan and deliver the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it goes
- Website hosting and file storage: Cloudflare hosts this website. Documents you upload are stored in private Cloudflare storage and are only accessible to our team through secure, expiring links.
- Email delivery: enquiry details are sent to our team by a transactional email service (Resend).
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Uploaded documents are deleted from website storage automatically after 90 days. Enquiry emails and any documents we save into our own records are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver and support the work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and does not currently use an analytics service.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
